Meshelle was born and raised right here on the Northshore. She graduated from Pearl River High School and then attended Pearl River Community College in Poplarville, MS. She worked as a Decision Support Analyst and Systems Administrator at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Ms for approximately ten years before going home to raise her two older children, Megan and Tyler. Meshelle moved back to the Northshore in 2008 where she was the lead floral designer at her family owned and operated florist. In 2012, Meshelle married Stephen and had two children, Emmalee and Parker and became a bonus mom to her step-daughter Megin. In 2014, the florist was closed due to family illness and Meshelle went home to take care of her family. Now that her youngest children are in school, she has become a licensed REALTOR and is practicing as a full-time REALTOR here on the Northshore with the Engel & Völkers family.
Meshelle’s two oldest children, Megan and Tyler, are currently Chemical Engineer students at Mississippi State University. Her bonus daughter, Megin, is married to a Navy Sailor, Richard, living in Washington DC, with their son Benjamin and soon to be daughter Maggie. Her two youngest children are in elementary school, where Meshelle is active with the PTA. Meshelle enjoys spending time with family and friends. She believes life is too short to not be happy and happy is what you make it.
Meshelle’s hobbies include traveling, antique shopping, refinishing furniture, sewing, embroidering and crocheting, and anything that includes her family. She believes in giving back to the community through school, civic and private organizations.
