About Nicole Hernandez

Representing Louisiana homeowners and future homeowners, Nicole is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.

Raised in Slidell, Nicole understands the numerous intangible benefits of living on the Northshore, with its spirit, culture, and diversity. Nicole graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, professional fluency in Spanish, and plans on someday attending law school. She dedicated her following years to taking care of her terminally ill mother while starting a construction business and a family of her own. She became a residential building contractor in 2009 and a REALTOR in 2014 in order to further her business and to share her knowledge with her community.

When her fourth child started school she enrolled at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and College of Business as a dual degree candidate for 2022. In the past six years, Nicole has become an esteemed REALTOR, highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field. She is well-connected and actively involved in the community. Her contacts and life-long residency combined with her enthusiasm and expertise enhances her service to her clients.

Nicole utilizes her connections to professional service providers to assist with her clients’ buying and selling needs, including lenders, painters, designers, handymen, inspectors, and more.
